Richard's Racoon Poop Playhouse

Waiting patiently

Well, it has been some time, construction of the new playhouse is well under way and completion is expected soon. It would seem, as shown in the picture below, that everyone is patiently awaiting the completion of this project.

In case you can't see it well, here is a close up....

As I said, work is not yet complete but it seems there are those who just can't wait.

What can I do but shake my head.....

Where are They Now?

Many Have posed the question of what has happened to the Raccoons and their playhouse, so perhaps it is time for an update.

As for the playhouse itself, reconstruction plans have been drawn up, construction begun, however due to weather there has been a delay in the rebuild until spring. Below is the current state of the playhouse.

A good foundation for the future of the raccoons.

As for the raccoons themselves, no one is really sure where they are, however as you can see from this photo, it looks like they have returned to their natural habitat

I know that I speak for everyone when I wish them well.

The Dream Is Over!

Some sad news in the world of the Racoon Poop Playhouse. It's gone. Demolished. Destroyed at the very hands of the infamous Richard Black.

In a fit of barely controlled rage over these outrageous posts which have revealed the true nature of his secret activites and club affiliates, Mr. Black took hammer, saw, shotgun, squeegee and fists to the shed, knocking it to the ground.

As my french relatives would say. "There is was, gone!"

There is but one consolation for us as we weep over this tragedy. And that is, that the vile creature who has deprived racoons from their sacred place of pooping, hurt himself in the process.

The Racoons Are Taking Over

Look-out Richard - based on this new photos from Dawn-Marie and Peter, the racoons are taking over.

The red car on the left is a shot that Peter took of Richard's racoons hanging out with the good old boys at a weekend car rally. Is this Richard's fancy new car? And what are the racoons doing driving around without him?

The shot to the right is a further enhancement of
the playhouse (like an ongoing tag team between Dawn-Marie and Peter), and appears to be a shot of an attempt to clean up the poop for once and for all.

Now, if only we could teach Richard the proper way to use toilet paper. (I guess installing a bidet in the poophouse is asking for too much)

A Pleasance Surprise

Our paparrazi was none other than Carlyn Pleasance and sends this first person account of how it happened:

It was a dark and stormy night….okay, it was a warm and sunny evening,
but who’s telling the story here? With the stealth like grace of a jungle
cat, the intrepid photog evaded the prying eyes of the Raccoon King to obtain
the exclusive image of the Poop Palace. She waited ‘till the moment was right,
and, creeping on silent feet, snuck to the yard for a quick digital snap.
Neither the Raccoon King nor his unfortunate slave bride were the wiser, and the
image was captured for all to see.

This just in. The hard-working paparazzi have been able to produce a photo of Richard's playhouse. I'm not going to reveal the source at this point (not a case of journalistic integrity, I just didn't ask the source if they would allow me to put them in the spotlight - I've already sent them their Racoon Poop Points, though)

I'll just let the photo speak for itself .

Okay, now that you're done laughing, help me by copying this photo and photoshopping or "drawering" in your best facsimile of Richard hanging out in his clubhouse. Yes, the winner will receive the covetted Racoon Poop Points. (This could be fun - maybe even bigger than the whole "Star Wars Kid" phenomenon)

Richard has already threatened that he's going to burn down the treehouse of horrors in his yard TONIGHT, so action must be taken quickly to get photo's of it.

I'm upping the Racoon Poop Points to 100 if someone can get a shot of Richard setting fire to the treehouse!

Desperately trying to get digital pictures of Richard's shed with the infamouse "racoon poop playhouse" on it. If anyone has photos of it, please email them to mark@markleslie.ca

The rewards, apart from spreading fun humour, will be plenty, and you'll be given 10 "Richard Racoon Poop" bonus points.
